Transaction Procedures

Steps

Step 1

A customer chooses product models that he or she is interested in and email a PURCHASE ORDER (PO) to Babiken;

Step 2

Babiken makes a Pro-forma Invoice (PI) for the customer to confirm;

Step 3

The customer confirms the PI and makes payment and show payment proof to Babiken;

Step 4

Babiken prepares production and the package for shipment;

Step 5

Babiken ships the package after the payment reaches on Babiken account;

Step 6

The customer receives the package;

Step 7

Customer contacts Babiken supporting staff for after sales issues.

We do not provide company bank account unless the order value reaches at least USD8,000 and the customer has this request. Additional handling or tax charges will apply if a customer chooses to use the company bank account.

What You Need To Know About Bank Wire Transfers
Wire transfers are a service offered by every major bank in the world. Before you initiate payment through wire transfer, be aware that your bank may charge the following for the transfer:

(a) a fee for the wire transfer service
(b) hidden charges that your home bank is charged by other routing banks during the wire transfer

You are responsible for both (a) and (b) above. Pay extra attention to (b). As payment is wired to Babiken's bank account, other interim banks that participate in the routing process will sometimes charge a fee (without clearly notifying your home bank in advance). As a result, lots of hidden charges may be incurred on the total that you wire - resulting in a much reduced sum by the time the amount arrives at Babiken. Note that our bank does not charge additional fees and you should ask your own bank about all charges (including hidden ones) that will be charged against the amount you wire.

As such, please be sure to wire enough to cover all charges so that the final net amount paid to Babiken equals the TOTAL amount for your order. Beware that some bank branch executives are usually unaware and don't understand these hidden charges so be sure to pressure them to check.

Note: The package will not be shipped until Babiken gets the full payment for the order.

Notes: As it is not convenient to use PayPal in China, 15% additional fees for the total order value will be charged if you choose to use PayPal to pay. Secondly it takes around 18 days for us to clear PayPal payment so we could only ship the items in 20 days after a customer sends the payment via PayPal. Please do not use paypal if you can not agree to this.

Shipping Notes

Orders with Phones included	Option 1: A customer can pick up from Babiken Office in Shenzhen, China; Option 2: Packages will be only dispatched by our contracted forwarders if you do not pick up from us. Notes: We are sorry that we can not under any circumstance use a customer's shipping account for shipping mobile phones.
	Why do you only have 2 options? Answers: (1) Mobile phones with battery are regarded as danger for flight. (2) Sometimes, customs issue might occur. Notes: If you choose option 2, only our forwarder shall decide via which courier they will use. Generally, they use EMS and FedEx. We are not able to use any of your shipping accounts (you have to pay in advance the freight) or ship via any other shippers that are beyond our forwarder's capability. This is not negotiable.

Orders without a phone	Customer can choose whatever courier he or she likes.
